Nnenna Jones, also known as Nnenna Mary Jones, is a licensed attorney in Nigeria with a distinguished international career spanning multiple countries and areas of practice. She brings expertise in immigration law, legal advocacy and international law, with a particular focus on assisting underserved communities and promoting equitable access to justice. Ms. Nenna Jones has represented clients in a variety of US immigration matters, including affirmative asylum, waivers, adjustment of status, family-based petitions, U-Visas, VAWA, naturalization, and more. Her work demonstrates a strong commitment to legal excellence, ethical practice and community advocacy.
She earned her Master's in marine and environmental law from the University of Capetown's Institute of Marine and Environmental Law , South Africa, focusing on the international law of the sea, and holds an active license to practice law in Nigeria. Her educational background also includes a Bachelor's degree in Law from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, a certificate in paralegal studies from Texas A&M Texarkana, and graduate certificates from the University of California, Irvine and The Edwin L. Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University, Dallas. Ms. Jones is passionate about advocacy, environmental causes, empowering women and raising awareness to stop child trafficking and abuse. She has expressed commitment through volunteer work, feeding the homeless and supporting initiatives that prevent the marginalization of vulnerable positions.
